Flight Reviews
Your safety and that of your passengers is important. That’s why the FAA “requests and requires” at least one hour each of flight and ground training every 24 months.
Flight reviews at Sharpes Aero are guided by these FAA documents:
- Advisory Circular AC 61-98D, “Currency Requirements and Guidance for the Flight Review and Instrument Proficiency Check”
- Private Airman Certification Standards, or,
- Commercial Airman Certification Standards
Sharpes Aero uses the Focused Flight Review program. The AOPA Air Safety Institute created it along with respected General Aviation organizations. This short YouTube video describes how it works.
Flight reviews can be done in our airplane or yours. A logbook endorsement will document a successful review and you will receive WINGS credit.
